Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was superb, right in the hustle and bustle of Times Square, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms were nicely renovated with a great midtown West view, but the service was a bit lacking in hospitality. The dining options were limited, but the facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms on the upper floors had a disgusting peeling bathtub, yet the beds were surprisingly comfortable. However, the torn carpet was quite off-putting. The service provided by the very helpful staff was excellent, especially the original receptionist who was very attentive. The location, though right on Time Square, was a bit noisy for my taste but very safe. The dining options were limited to only 4 choices, and the facilities were basic but functional.
